SSMA REFUND POLICY:

A non-refundable deposit of $100 for all participants is required upon registration for the South Shore Music & Arts Sampler program.
Please note: this deposit is non-refundable.

PAYMENT OPTIONS AND REFUND POLICIES
Please note: All Tuition Payments must be made via credit/debit card through ASAP.
OPTION 1: Full Payment upon registration
OPTION 2: Payment Plan
Deposit of $100 due upon registration. The remainder will be split into two monthly payments.
All payments must be complete by June 1, 2025.
OPTION 3: Tuition Assistance
Should you be interested in being considered for our need-based Tuition Assistance program, please fill out this form. All Tuition Assistance payments are non-refundable.

Refund policy:
$100 Deposit required upon registration is non-refundable for any reason.
‍All payments must be completed by June 1, 2025.
‍Should you register for South Shore Music & Arts Sampler after June 1, 2025 payment must be made in full at the time of registration.
‍All payments after June 1, 2025 are non-refundable for any reason.

After Care Refund Policy
For those who add on optional aftercare, after care will be provided from 3pm-5pm on Monday-Thursday of the program.
Drop-ins are not available, full payment of $120 is needed to register and can not be divided for fewer days.
‍After June 1, 2025 all after care payments are non-refundable.
